Ingredients

1 Egg
1 Slice of Bread
2 Tablespoons butter
Salt & pepper

Crack the shell and drop the egg into the hole. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes then lift the egg sandwich with a spatula. Add more butter to the pan

Put the uncooked side of the egg sandwich face down into the pan and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes then add salt and pepper to taste.

Kippers and Eggs

INGREDIENTS

1 Kipper
1 Egg

The Kipper is a smoked and brined herring. It has a very strong flavor.

There are only two ingredients in this simple recipe, but if you want it to be edible, the Kipper must be properly cooked.

Turn your broiler up to 600 degrees. Place a Kipper on a piece of aluminum foil so the fish is cupped upward. Place in broiler and cook until nicely browned and the cup will become more pronounced. When the bones begin to protrude and darken, break an egg into the cup. Cook for 2 more minutes and serve.

Breakfast Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

1 Breakfast sausage
1 Egg
1 Scallion
Peas
Leftover Cooked Rice
Salt & Pepper

Cut the breakfast sausage into small pieces and put into frying pan with low to medium heat. As the sausage browns cut the scallion the short way into very thin circles. Scramble an egg, add a dash of milk, salt and pepper to taste and if you are adventurous, add a dash if garlic powder.

Move the sausage to one side of the pan and add the egg mixture to the other side. When the egg is partially cooked, add a half cup of the leftover rice and stir it into the egg. Then add some fresh or frozen peas, a tablespoon is fine and then the scallion.
